摘要	Under the background of global climate change and the prominent problems of big cities in developing countries, countries pay more and more attention to environmental issues and actively explore the way of sustainable urban development in the future. Building ecological cities has become a global consensus after 2000, a number of outstanding eco-city practice cases have emerged all over the world, which have accumulated experience for us to explore the path of eco-city coustruction. Based on the practice of global eco-city construction after 2000 , this paper sums up the construction experience of European and American countries by comparing their eco-construction characteristics, key areas, construction methods and guarantee mechanisms, and draws lessons from the application of their material circulation concept in eco-city construction. On this basis, in view of the confusion encountered in the construction of ecological cities in China, this paper puts forward the construction ways of ecological new cities and green transformation of old cities in line with China's national conditions.
其他摘要	在全球气候变化、发展中国家大城市问题凸显的背景下,各国对环境问题越发重视并积极探索未来城市可持续发展方式,建设生态城市已成为全球共识.2000年之后,全球涌现了一批优秀的生态城市实践案例,为我们探索生态城市建设路径提供了经验借鉴.从2000年之后全球生态城市建设实践出发,通过对欧美国家的生态建设特色、重点领域、建设方法和保障机制等方面的对比研究,总结其建设经验,借鉴其物质循环理念在生态城市建设中的应用,并在此基础上针对国内生态城市建设遇到的困惑,提出符合我国国情的生态新城建设、老城绿色化改造的生态城市建设路径.
